About the Sky Genie Descent Line

Sky Genie Descent Line is the recommended rope to use with your Sky Genie Descender. Only the Sky Genie Descent Line has the correct heat resistance and flexibility. Use the 1/2 inch rope with the large descender. It is constructed with 20 woven braids of high-strength nylon fiber. This heavy-duty line is rot, mildew, and high-temperature resistant. It also possesses shock-absorbing elasticity for preventing breakage in the event of immediate strain. Each line comes stamped with the lot and serial number, assembly date, size, and length for easy inspection. These ropes have a tensile strength of 5,000 lbs and a pre-formed eye at each end with a length of abrasion protection.
